    McGuire was hired in January 2025 to make some roofing repairs and install new gutters over the front porch section of the repaired roof. My complaint lies with the shoddy gutter installation. I have various leaks from my gutters that needs to be addressed otherwise the integrity of their roof repairs may be compromised. My complaint is not about the roof repairs, only the gutter installation. Despite some repair efforts which failed, McGuire refuses to make the needed repairs.

    Contractor originally fixed a roof leak around our chimney in 2021. We paid $2,437.

    In May 2024, contractor was called out again for roof leak at same area. Contractor stated the leak was their fault and fixed it without charge.

    On January 11, 2025, I called Contractor to inspection roof leak again in same area that expanded since the 2024 repair.

    Now Contractor states the leak is from a different place. The photos show its in the same area but has gotten worse. They want $1,800 to fix a leak that is in the same location because the warranty expired. My position is their work in May 2024 is still under warranty until May 2025.

    I want the repair completed ASAP under warranty to prevent any additional damage to my home ceiling.

    I attached the original Estimate and the current Estimate. I also attached two pictures of the chimney/flashing and of *** ****** attic. This project started in 2021, we went back last year and fixed the leak in the same area. (with no cost to Mr. Haye's) Mr. ****** was also told he needs a roof replacement, but he only wants it repaired. We provided him with a new Estimate, which he doesn't agree with. The leak Mr. ****** has now is at a spot below the original leak as you can see in those pictures. I also have 50 pictures of Mr. ****** project, dated each time we were there.

    We entered into a contract with McGuire Roofing for a repair to the roof of the condo building The work was performed in August but in February, we had a leak that damaged the unit on the top floor. Tucker McGuire himself visited the property and agreed to fix the issue and repair the damage. However, after agreeing to repair the damage, and getting a commitment to have the work done in Mid-March, 2024 (attached texts) ,we were subsequently told that they were not going to make the agreed upon repairs. Mr. Tucker also promised that he would call me to discuss, but has never done so. We would like for wither the work to be done of reimbursement to have it done ourselves.

    We agreed to fix the work if it was our fault. The damage on the top floor was the same damage that was shown to us before the roof was ever REPAIRED. We were then told in March that there are HVAC condensation lines that run through the wall and some of them were found to have been backing up. No further complaints about leaks.

    I am rejecting this response because: this is simply not accurate. Per the owner of this particular unit, this damage was previously repaired and there has NEVER been any discussion of heating or cooling lines running through these walls. The owner of the business pledged that they would repair the damage and never did so in spite of sending us texts that the BBB has on file committing to the repair the following week.

    Hired McGuire Roofing to replace my roof, add 2 solar attic fans, and add new flashing/counter flashing Aug 18,23 and gave DEPOSIT of $6081..photo attached of signed contract
    Sent me a Balance Due Invoice $14,189 on Aug 28,23 -NO WORK STARTED OR COMPLETED
    Materials delivered Oct 5,23
    Started in the rain Oct 6,23
    Forgot to ORDER attic fans
    Removed and took my $300 RAIN DIVERTERS
    Ran out of materials due to putting shingles on low slope roof instead of EPDM/rubberized membrane
    Put me off several weeks with no contact
    Called Manufacturer's rep and complained
    Owner ****** ******* came out and said he was sorry, they dropped the ball. said he would remove wrong materials off low slope roof and stack them up for me to reuse on another project and replace with the membrane REQUIRED by CODE. He would do this the following week (week of Halloween)because he had it in stock (no response for days)
    Put me off until well into Nov 2023
    Crew showed up day before Thanksgiving and day after Thanksgiving in the rain..again
    They pulled Dump Trailer up in my wet yard without permission and NO TRESSPASSING signs posted
    Left debris like plastic,pieces of shingles,and shingle granules all over the pool deck and back decking
    Threw away ALL shingles the Owner-****** ******* had promised to leave behind
    Left dump Trailer until Dec 4,23. Pulled heavy trailer thru my rain-soaked muddy yard leaving a deep muddy rut.....see pic (leaves hiding depth of rut) again,NO PERMISSION to pull into yard
    Forgot to install attic fans
    Came back installed attic fans
    It is now, Jan 24, 2024, the job is still not finished. No flashing/counter flashing installed...should be black see photo of white counter flashing on house pics
    I have also noticed a leak coming from the new roof over porch...pics attached
    -I want the job COMPLETED per Contract & GAF Standards
    -I want the shingles that I was promised to be left behind by Owner-****** *******
    -I want my $300 Rain Diverters - I have receipt
    -Rut in Yard Repaired
