  I renewed my Roadside Assistance Membership and currently still waiting for my card as well as two other family members as well. I renewed a month ago. Was there a mistake from the representative not telling me AAA goes "Green" with membership cards or were they never sent?, were they possibly stolen, so many questions...am I waiting on nothing?

  AAA (aka The Auto Club Group) is a perfect example of the failings of business in America and a company that is run by people who abandoned the notion of providing a great service with great employees and the profits will come.
  AAA could be "a million" times better, but as far as I can tell, Gene Boehm and his crew could care less about actual customers. Try and reach them by phone - it's impossible. In addition there are dozens of "bad numbers" all over the internet, and you will most often have to navigate an automated system that is of zero use if you just want to provide feedback "to the boss" or file a complaint with any confidence it will reach anyone who gives a hoot.
  As for the local office I visited today (5/25), the "receptionist" couldn't have been less customer friendly - cryptic language and a scowl. I apparently interrupted his phone screen time (which he immediately went back to once he had added me to the appropriate queue). This is the best my local office can do? Yikes. No doubt it reflects the manager's orientation - probably a former New Yorker.
  I assure you, before my next renewal, I will have researched a replacement for roadside service.
  Do America a favor and do not support AAA.

  AAA customer Service person,very nice,seemed concerned,very professional. The tow people did go to a gas station close by,I directed the tow truck driver**** ************ ****name of tow company,to our exact location. took about 50 minutes,to get to us. *** **** and his co worker,very safe with the surroundings. Very efficient,very polite,respectful,I felt we were very blessed,thankful and grateful ?? that AAA and the tow company******* and tow truck drivers**** ******is co worker, took Excellent care of us! I will refer AAA to friends and family and others. .AAA and ******....Wishing everyone a Safe and Blessed Memorial Day!

  Worthless. I sat in a snow bank, in January, in far north North Dakota for hours. Repeatedly assured that help was on the way only to have them tell me they would not be able to get to me that day and I would have to schedule for the next day or make other arrangements. Thankfully a local farmer happened to come by and pulled me out. AAA IS WORTHLESS! I had been a member for 8 years. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

  Broke down near Washington, MO, finally got a call after 4 hours from a tow saying it was going to be another 2 1/2 hours. Out of water, out of food, went to the restroom in the open air on the side of the road, 4 times. called a friend to pick me up because the sun was setting and the temps were dropping. Called AAA and set appointment for the next day. Show up at appointment time, hadn't heard from them after an hour so called them. They didn't know what I was talking about. They put in for another tow and said someone would call. No one called after another hour. I called them back. They said still haven't found a tow. Waited another hour, no call. I am now sitting at home after I got a ride, AGAIN, because AAA can't provide basic services. Will wait at home (35 minutes away) for a driver to call..... if they ever do. Day 2, still no help from this horrible service.

  My daughter's car slid sideways on ice on a hill in downtown Atlanta and she needs to be winched out by a tow truck. We called AAA at 6:30 pm and they said she was a high priority. We called back and they said they put her as critical. Then they cancelled it and said she was not blocking traffic because she was off the road and they were dealing with situations blocking roads. It's 9:30 am the next morning and no one has come!! Her car battery now died! I have called AAA over 30 times throughout the night! she is still waiting. So terrible!! AAA lied to her and me. AAA does not provide any actual services and is extremely dangerous because you think they are going to help you and be there but they actually do nothing! live in another state and cannot tell you how distressing this is knowing my child is not getting helped!

  This company needs to be shut down they do false advertisement, theft, and incompetent to do there job. I called cause we had slid off into a ditch on the way to hospital and we called AAA and o have the PLUS Package and they left us there for 15 hours it was 2 degrees outside playing cat and mouse with them. My car is still sitting in ditch and they told me they don't have the equipment to get it out now THEY ARE A TOWING COMPANY & don't have the right equipment!!! I will be contacting my attorney after all this cause I want my money back for services they cannot provide which is towing in emergency situations!!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS!!!

  This company is terrible. Not only do you pay your dues but you are also get stranded on the side of the road. I've called four different times on four different occasions and always had to rescue myself. Do yourself a favor and save the money

  First attempt to contact AAA took 15 minutes because they are using voice prompts and I am on the side of a loud busy highway. I was told less than 45 minutes by the first associate and the driver would call me. I called after 45 minutes and the second associate put me on hold 5 minutes then said they only give an estimate and she said someone was on their way and it would be less than 30 minutes. Finally the driver called after almost 2 hours of us waiting on the side of a busy highway and said he would be about another 40 minutes. I am quite sure this run around is not worth my yearly subscription.

  Wife been sitting in Vehicle 1/7/25 since 8:45 AM cold sitting in vehicle with temperatures at 9° and here it is now 1:55 pm and still no tow truck
