    Pool Warehouse - Definitely A Five-Star (5/5) Online Experience!
    I’m taking this opportunity to recognize Pool Warehouse for its exceptional online service. I ordered a rather large item, a 24’ round pool liner, on Sunday, 7/20/25. Keep in mind Pool Warehouse is closed on Sundays, so the order, at its onset, was initially managed and processed digitally by their system. The shipping was free, the liner was made in the “good old US of A” and I RECEIVED it the following Tuesday, 7/21/25! As far as I am concerned, Pool Warehouse won the “Trifecta” of online digital commerce! Thank you VERY much, and way to go Pool Warehouse! I wish EVERY E-commerce business had your diligence and work ethic! Oh, and Pool Warehouse offers a $50 VISA card if they are reviewed on two (2) other review sites beside this one. Pool Warehouse, I do not want the $50 Visa card reward for this and two other reviews. I am doing this solely because I want to, based on my experience with Pool Warehouse! So, in conclusion, THANK YOU, and please do not send me the VISA card. I do not want it, and it is totally unnecessary! My reward was your service on my order!

    Ordered a billiard table from Pool Warehouse. The table looks excellent and ******* my sales rep, provided top notch customer service and communication. I was ordering the table for delivery at a second property, and ****** did an amazing job ensuring accurate delivery and helping me work through delivery expectations. Took one star off the review as one of the boards underneath the table had drill holes that weren’t lined up properly for assembly, but very happy with the look and playability of the table besides that one inaccuracy.

    I had a spa pump motor purchased through Pool Warehouse quit working while under warranty. I reached out to Pool Warehouse customer service and spoke to ***** *** ******** The claim was filed and a new pump motor was quickly sent. I was updated throughout the process from ***** *** ******** Pool Warehouse and their Customer Service department is a fantastic, and I would highly recommend them.
