      We called they to come out and see if we had a leak. We were told it would only cost ****** for this. They found a bad pressure valve leaking and quoted ******* to replace a ****** part which should take less than 30 minutes to replace. When informed we did not need the Tech to replace the valve we were charged the ****** **** ******* for "an inspection". Don't use this company unless you want to be fleeced! No transparency! They also will have you sign the work is completed to your satisfaction before they even do any work! Shady for any company! Shady tactics! Will never use them or recommend this company! Shame on you My Professional Plumber!

      All pricing was presented to Mr. **** whom was present onsite during this visit and approved by him prior to any fees being charged. The *** was also presented on the initial call in for service on a recorded line. The authorization to proceed was signed at 9:36am for the inspection and the acceptance of work performed was signed at 10:34.
      Pricing is always given upfront and completely transparent as we as consumers do not like surprises either.
      The pricing was approved however it was conveyed that a phone call should be made first, at which point Mr **** was told not to proceed with his prior approval.
