    So their tech managed to toast my water heater by not spending 2 mins looking over the part before install, ***** came up later and had the outlet fixed in about 5 mins. **** * *iagnosed and figured out the most likely issue with the heater in about a minute even though he had never worked on that type of unit. He also did a great job of installing the new unit. Now the negative part about all of this is that the most likely cause for the heater going out wasnt the only problem and the manager decided it was OK to leave their customer without hot water for over a week to try and save the company money instead of just installing a new unit from the start. So their electrical team gets a 4/5, plumbing team 5/5, and management 2/5. I'm still giving a 5/5 overall because they did make everything whole, and can't judge the company based on one suboptimal manager. Would I do business with them again? Maybe.

    This is the second time we’ve used GoHero Home Services, and the service was as outstanding as the first. They take pride in their work, and it shows. Richie and Tek took care of our lighting issues, and now we have no issues as well as low to no maintenance. They were very knowledgeable, experienced, and transparent, not to mention, friendly, respectful, and caring about the homeowner. Outstanding job as usual! I would highly recommend GoHero Home Services to my family and friends. Thank you, GoHero, for a job well done.
