    On June 1,2025 , I ordered a birth certificate from vital records.com (online$ paid $71.00 to receive quickly based on the customer reviews which obviously were false. It was to come from North Carolina. After paying it states 90 days for delivery, and will be notified of sent sooner or processed and sent period . I never hear anything from them so after 30 days I check for emails and go online and follow prompts to read 115 days to receive by fed ex etc. I contact North Carolina vital records as a tip from a friend pay 14.50 on a Tuesday and receive birth records on a Thursday. I begin to believe these vital records people are a SCAM so I notify them I haven’t received anything as of yet , there AD told untruth and I want a refund because ai don’t believe I’ll receive anything from them. Every time I check online it’s more and more days to wait. These people have all my personal information!!! The person on the phone says I must call the state of Raleigh NC (919)733-3526 and request a refund because the state locks them out the system once they make the money transaction with a customer. I believe its a SCAM they must be stopped and I’m afraid they have all my personal information!! I also want my money back ! It went from 2 weeks to 90 days to 115 days and I’m bring Told it’s processing!

    This is also what I found online to request support ! It’s all a scam ! I’m afraid these people are using g my information! Please help me !
