      The Zanesville, OH location has employees post fake Google reviews. Including leaving reviews with customers phones without their knowledge. From my understanding this encouraged from management. The result of this is a misleading impression to perspective customers of what kind of experience they can expect, and borders on straight up fraud.

      Had an issue with a salesperson or representative in Store regarding a question I had about my service. I HAVE been a customer of Verizon for 30+ years and I'm a senior. The customer service that I received was terrible. I didn't know that Verizon has two different stores, one for Verizon Fios and one for Verizon Wireless but that person didn't tell me anything about that, I was asking her about something else and the answer I received from her was not given in a positive response. The way she answered me was not nice at all.
      I felt like I was bothering her because I was not there to purchase anything. I just had a question about Verizon's equipment and that was all. I know about customer service, no matter what, you should perform good service all the time so that person can tell another person and so on. I called later to talk to a Lead person regarding what happened, leaving my cell number with someone there but apparently my phone number was not given to him/her for feedback so I never got a call back. I will never purchase a phone from them.

      We had issues with landline phone for awhile and it was hard to get Verizon to understand we had no dial tone for months. Recently they repaired it and we're pleased with their help to get us back to normal. Thanks Verizon.

      I switched two lines to Verizon from US cellular because they were offering $200 per new line moved over. I never received said $400. Even recently went in to get it resolved, spent several hours there with the gentleman that did the deal. It's supposed to be "fixed." Well, here we are a month or so later and still nothing.

      Went to exchange a phone with them on a Friday. They didn't have the phone in stock so they ordered . When I came back to get the phone the person who made the order wasn't there and everybody kept passing the buck and acting like the worked for themselves and not cellular wireless. Everybody lied about mishandling my phone. Very unprofessional

      Discovered my underage daughter had an app installed on her phone, and was selling photos & videos of her underage self to buyers. I took away her phone, and called Verizon to cancel her plan & disconnect her line. They informed me they cannot do that. They cannot turn off a phone line, and they can "disconnect with billing." I would have to pay for 2 months, and on the 3rd month, then I can upgrade to "disconnect without billing." So month 3 I get on the phone to fulfill the cancel without billing- and after some small talk while he's getting his system up & running, the person on the phone says "you say you have an ipad? Why don't we just transfer her phone line to your iPad & you can have connection off of Wi-Fi." I consented to this. So we are setting up my Ipad, and I dont even have the model that you can use off of wifi! This was never asked what kind of ipad that I have before the service was offered. So boom- he had activated that phone line again, and there was NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE. its back on, and i am forced to pay yet again, for a phone line that is not even being used. Supervisor would not help me, this was a complete scam and they took advantage of me. I refused to pay for that portion of my bill, I moved phone companies. They since then have sold my debt to a collection agency. This was illegal activity to begin with, and they did not handle this properly.

      This is starting to be the worst service to have !! We pay all this money to stay connected and y’all can’t even keep the services right ! I’m out of work due to the shitty internet /phone services we are receiving! Y’all are working making money and we are missing out on money make it make sense ! Can’t pay y’all if we can’t work

      Went by Dayton store due to phone problem. Was advised I needed a new phone. Offered me a Pixel 7 for $200. Was going to pay cash but rep. told me that I would have to finance it at $20 monthly for 36 months. I can do math......that is over $700. When I refused I again offered the price given, $200.. Nope..,shoved the phone across the desk..Rep. said. I can't help you, have a good day, NEXT......Classic bait and switch
      Then drove to Verizon corporate store in Hixson. Big, bm boom, phone fiixed no cost.
