This couple are some of the most rude, terse, and unpleasant people I’ve encountered at a business… they’re never nice, almost never smile, and have never missed an opportunity to display attitude when they are inconvenienced in the slightest (like when I had the gall to request a receipt for a package I dropped off- I received a lot of snark back and irritability).
Their small, annoyingly aggressive dog is always loose, and literally NIPPED my ankle as I walked out the last time. It’s always barking and mean- it’s true dogs share their owner’s personality.
Despite there being two of them, it usually takes too long to get seen if one of them is busy with a customer, because they’re exceedingly slow. I’ve seen people waiting on multiple occasions for longer than 10 minutes.
If they didn’t take FedEx and UPS, I would never step foot in there-often when I have the time to go to both stores individually, I’d much rather the time sink and inconvenience of doing that to seeing this unprofessional, cantankerous couple.
Really unkind people who argue back rather than accept they need some serious attitude adjustments.
Expect sub-par service with a scowl! — what I’ve gotten on over 10 interactions, so it’s not like they’re having bad days- all the days are bad when you regularly act like a miserable jerk too busy glaring at your poor customers to do more than the bare minimum.

I went to this establishment to get fingerprinted. When my son and I walked in, I was asked how they could help. I said fingerprints. He told me I need your drivers license. He then told me that we were to “sit on the chairs.” “No browsing. That’s a requirement.” He also told my son to get his phone or something. Definitely not professional customer service. He took my drivers license with him. (Not really comfortable with my drivers license being out of my sight). He barely spoke during the fingerprints. Then as we were leaving, they had a dog that was in the establishment. This dog came running and barking at my son. The lady just watched and did nothing! I grabbed my son and left. The dog scared the daylights out of my son! Not a single response! Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Never again!
