    On 12/2/24 I personally paid 92.09. On 12/3/24 around 10 am I informed front desk that a non profit organization was paying for 3 more nights. It is an organization that is known by the staff and business.
    Staff even talked with a caseworker with the organization to verify that they would be making payment over phone.
    Front desk said everything was ok. Then at 10:45 am my debit card was charged 81.81 for the room.
    I go back to front desk, my caseworker asked why did they charge me when she had told them she was calling back before 11 am to pay for that 3 night. The front desk work said it was an accident and would refund my money.
    Staff should be aware that not everyone is there on vacation and kindness and compassion should be shown to everyone.

    Wednesday October 16-2024 so late at after night into Thursday a.m.
    Yes late arrival, a female at window... thanks.
    Come early morning, i find out several things that are not in sync with Woodspring Suites' hospitality style and history.
    No internet at all... "you have to ask for it" she said.
    Leather chair: torn to bits in 2-3 places.
    Bathroom door: As if someone punched a 6" whole into it. A potential security/safety concern for guests, no?
    Front desk lady did charge me an hefty bill so late at night.
    She would not allow for late departure.
    As for wi-fi request and other concerns: no reply at all.

    My dispute is that Woodspring suites had a better history with me and i with them.
    i am disappointed therefore am submitting this complaint due to such less-than service.

    woodspring in louisville TN, failed to refund my hotel occupency tax ($650.40) after i stayed there consecutively for 120 nights (june 21-Oct21) 2020
