    I filed an insurance claim on March 13. Things progressed as expected through the insurance process, and the kitchen was fully removed (everything from the cabinets down to the subfloor was removed) on May 11. After the insurance company paid them, it was one delay after another, and after nearly 4 months without a functioning kitchen, the new cabinets and sink were installed on September 8. Now there are further delays to completing the work.
    What's particularly frustrating is that Paul Davis Restoration was awful at communication. They often outright ignored my texts, requiring multiple follow-ups day after day just to get a response. This lack of responsiveness added unnecessary stress to an already lengthy and trying process.
