    This location is rude crude and socially unacceptable! I used the app to place an order. Upon arriving at this location they told me their system was down they couldn't prepare my order. It would be 30+ minutes. I explained I was on my lunch hour and couldn't wait. I showed my order confirmation. I also explained I had 15 bucks left in my card and I had spent 11 of that with them. Long story short. Three weeks later. No food. No refund. Despite numerous calls and emails. This company doesn't care.

    Hey ***** I had tried to respond previously on Sept 7 after receiving your complaint from our corporate website. I assumed the issue had been resolved from there and I apologize that I dropped the ball on follow up. On the original day of your visit the power had gone out so they genuinely couldn't make or refund the order at that time. We are more than happy to make the situation right and would be happy to both remake the order and issue a full refund.
