            I place my order online and the seller didn't ship my item which is a movie DVD that this movie already been released from the disturber and I asked the seller to cancel my order before it gets shipped to me but the seller is refusing to pay me back and send me my refund

            This business accused my husband of being a thief and told him they didn't want his business anymore. They said he would as using too many credit cards for transactions. Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIS COMPANY!!! Wish you could leave a 0 for a rating!!!

            This happened because two of the orders they placed totalling over $150 were claimed as chargebacks. This means they get the product and their money back. After looking through the other orders over 6 different credit card numbers were used to place under 20 orders. I do not want to lose more money. So I cancelled all of the open orders and sent refunds. Then asked them to not order from me again. I lose thousands and thousands of dollars every year from people claiming they did not get their product even though there's tracking numbers for every order. Theft is so bad that I had to stop selling gift cards because within a month I lost over $5,000 to people stealing credit cards. I was also able to stop the theft of another $10,000 by the same person. Due to this I am more vigilant about possible theft. Using multiple credit cards and then getting chargebacks on one of them looks suspicious. If you want to keep ordering from a store, don't claim chargebacks for orders that were delivered and had no issues.
