- Teambuy/ Dealfind will generally only refund the purchase price of a Teambuy/Dealfind gift card if received within seven calendar days from the date of purchase. Exceptional circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis and only up to 240 days from the date of purchase. If refunds are granted after 7 days, they will be in the form of a credit to be used exclusively at Teambuy.ca/ Dealfind.com. If you would like to discuss a refund, please refer to the "Contact Us" section below.
If a merchant goes out of business and you contact us within 240 days of your purchase date, we will issue Teambuy/ Dealfind Dollars to your account for the price you paid for any unused vouchers. Simply fill out a a support request form. Beyond 240 days, we are unable to issue a refund or credit for your purchase. However, as with any Teambuy/ Dealfind purchase, we will make all reasonable efforts to resolve your concerns with the Merchant.
