    On 7/12/2023 i had an appointment to get my windows tinted as well as my windshield. When my i came back to pickup my vehicle there was an issue where the employee had damaged my door trying to get a bubble out. Sound factory had already ordered a new panel so i had no issues with that. They state that to allow 3 days for the bubbles to clear up, however when i started driving my vehicle i immediately noticed issues with Windshield tint that was not going to come out. I immediately called them and got no answer which is the norm so i left a message. I couldn't go back i had another appointment. I called the next day and spoke with the gentlemen that works up front who stated for me to bring it back when they install my panel and they will look at it. On 7/26/23 i took my car back to get the panel installed and they looked at my tint. He stated there is no warranty on the windshield. I stated that this was unsatisfactory install of tint on their end. The windshield tint has has scratches from the install directly on the tint and wrinkles plus looks like spit is coming down my windshield under the tint. Its a mess. I have to see out of my windshield and this was a very unsatisfactory job. Even my side windows have bubbles and scratches. The guy at the register asked another guy to get the manager but the manager would not come out. The guy walked outside with me and we looked at it again. He went in and came back out saying the owner was at lunch and he would contact me. Needless to say no owner has contacted me, i cannot get them to answer the phones and their voicemail has been full for 2 weeks. I have not been able to take a day off of work to go there since i already took 2 days to have the work done. I expect to have the work replaced or they can remove the windshield tint and give me my money back. This has nothing to do with a warranty when the original job was very poor work. They should be ashamed of themselves and the work.
