    I returned 10 tubes of caulk which they received on 8.24.23 according to the US Post Office. I paid ***** I have tracking confirmation from the US Post office that the box was delivered, but Perma-Chink says they did not receive them. I would like a refund for the product I returned. Thank you. The US Post Office tracking number is ***********************

    We have searched our property for the package the customer has returned. Unfortunately, due to the lack of information on the USPS tracking it seems like they have delivered the package to the wrong location. We are unable to provide a refund on product we have not received back. The customer will need to reach out to USPS to see if they can determine where the package was delivered to as it was not delivered to Perma-Chink.

    On 4/24/2023 we hired HEP to snake our sewer line and replace a portion due to a tree root in the line. They stated that they would need to cut the Sheetrock out in a 2’x2’ area in order to replace the connection and that we were responsible for the Sheetrock repair in that area. We agreed to this. Upon completion of the job, it was discovered that they had not seated the plumbing fixture they installed deeply enough and new plumbing fixture sticks out past the sheetrock leaving no way to finish the sheetrock without overlaying the entire wall. when we asked them about it they refused to redo the connection stating that we could find a way to "fir it out" and that sheetrock wasn't their responsibility. at this point they asked if we were refusing to pay (we hadn't even received a bill yet as it had only been 24 hours) because if so, they were going to turn us into collections that day. We said that we were not unwilling to pay for the work, but that we wanted a manager to come inspect the work and explain why we had went from having to patch a 2x2 hole to having to overlay an entire wall. they refused to send anyone out saying "we've wasted enough tine with you" and announced that they were proceeding with collections. we still have not received a bill or a visit from a person able to make decisions.

    We received your complaint filed on the above date regarding issues with the plumbing service that was performed by HEP, Inc. at the residence located at 3016 Reflection Bay Drive, Knoxville, Tennessee. While we understand your frustrations with the seating of the plumbing fixture, we have since resolved the issue and reseated the fixture to allow for flush installation of the sheetrock. On May 8, 2023, our technicians arrived at your residence. They performed the necessary work to ensure the sheetrock would be flush with the rest of the wall. Thank you for allowing us to resolve this situation, and we are pleased to know you are satisfied with the finished work.
