    Paid the company for a year of trash pick up service. 6 months into the contract, the company has stopped coming to pick up the trash. They do not answer the phone and if they do they keep saying they will come but never do. It has been 3 weeks at the time of this report that they have not came.

    Good evening, 

    We have had mechanical issues with two out of three of our trucks. We have been running our routes with our one remaining truck, but obviously have not been able to get everyone. We got one of the trucks back from the shop today, and we have a brand new one that is set to be delivered tomorrow. This will avoid any future delays due to the addition of a newer truck and a back up truck. 

    We have actively been working to provide refunds for delayed service. Our office is open from 9am-4pm M-F. If they are on the phone it will send you to VM, but you are welcome to call back or email [email protected]. We would be more than happy to provide a refund for the time service has been delayed. 

    All service will be delayed this week by two days, but back on track next week.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They say the same thing everyday. No truck ever comes. Everyday they say today. The last response said the same thing, yet still no truck and garbage all over the place. We had to pick up torn up trash 3 times so far.

    We are happy to provide a refund for the delay we recently had, as well as a refund for future service if there is a cancelation. Service will resume to Normal this week.
