    I am filing a complaint regarding Smoky Mountain Terror Convention and an order I placed on May 6, 2025 for a signed photo from their website. Nearly four months have passed, and I have still not received the item.

    Despite numerous attempts to contact the business through email and Facebook Messenger, the majority of my inquiries have gone unanswered. On the two occasions when I did receive a response, I was assured the matter would be addressed, but no resolution followed.

    At this point, I no longer wish to receive the product. I am requesting a full refund of my payment.

    June 29 – Email (no response)

    June 30 – Email (no response)

    July 30 – Email and Facebook Messenger (brief response on Facebook, no follow-up)


    Based on my experience and communication with a representative through Facebook, it appears that delayed or unfulfilled orders may be a recurring issue with this business.

    I am seeking the BBB’s assistance in obtaining a full refund.
