"Aqua Living customer service and warranty work is handled by this LPI company as soon as you open a claim within 3 days they send you a notification it's been closed and resolved before they even come out to look at the problem or attempt to fix it sometimes they request pictures any attempt to slow things down.I am going to seek resolution in the court system it's terrible 11,000 hot tub that's only four months old and they won't stand behind it they continually close the claims that I open without even looking at the hot tub that has no heat."
