    Johnson City Nissan is Unethical, Predatory, and Deceptive. Find a different Nissan dealership to use.

    My wife passed away on September 1, 2022. Since then I have received numerous mailings from Johnson City Nissan. Each time, i have contacted them and asked them to remove her name from their database. Each time, I have been told that they would do that. Last month, I received another mailing from them addressed to my late wife. This time I called their Sales Manager, *** ********  He seemed truly disinterested in my request, but he said that he would take care of it. Over the weekend, I received another mailing addressed to my late wife. It's been well over 2 1/2 years since she passed. It is unnerving to receive these mailings. Maybe if no one buys one of their vehicles, they'll **** *** *******. Nissan makes a good vehicle, but the people at Johnson City Nissan leave a LOT to be desired.

    *** ******* I am very sorry for your loss.  I do understand how this makes you feel.  We have made a request to all advertising companies that we have a relationship with to remove **** ******** information.

    We inquired about trading in current vehicle with negative equity, they are advertising a promotion offering $8000 over book value for trade-ins. We qualified for the promotion, but they advised us it is better to not trade-in our vehicle and buy a new vehicle. When I asked what about the current vehicle, was answered with a shrug. So, I don't trade-in and get another car loan and end up with more debt? I asked, "are you saying to let the bank repo my current vehicle?" Sales manager said "oh no, I'm not saying that!" Sales manager proceeds to tell me the new loan with cancel out the repo! I have never been told/implied by a new car dealer, to purchase a new vehicle and let the old vehicle get repo'd! We promptly left...this has left us with this impression, this dealership is only concerned with the immediate sale and there sales metrics. We find this highly unethical! In my opinion "BUYER BEWARE" applies to this business.

    They don't go by what the Facebook ad is.. Didn't try to help at all. When we walk out a sale màn smart off to us because my husband didn't fist bump him ,I hate to tell him that is how grems gets spread .I don't recommend anybody to go there. They need apologize to us very rude people

    Uses False Advertising and Deceptive business practices to get customers on their dealership lot. Once a person gets there with the Monopoly Game piece to verify their prize (because you cannot verify it over the phone even though the game piece states you can) they start filling out a credit application for you all the while calling it an insurance form. The "insurance form" is to verify you are the winner of your prize supposedly. The "insurance form" asks your name, address, occupation, income, etc and at the very bottom your current vehicle also called "trade in." Even though you state quit clearly, several times that you are not interested in buying a vehicle the salesmen continue in attempting to fill out the credit application. They finally verified my prize after I stated very clearly that he need not ask for my income nor social security number as I was not interested in buying a vehicle and they did not have my permission to run a credit check/application and they had better not run one. Prize verified as...earbuds. Not the $1000 on the game piece because my prize code did not match the prize code at the dealership.
    BE WARE! NO BUSINESS CAN TAKE A CREDIT APPLICATION AND RUN IT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION! The "insurance company " does not need any of the information the salesmen ask for to "verify " your prize.
