    Purchased via business web  on 12/27/2023. Item purchased Multi-Level Bariatric Overized Mortuary Cot Model FS1 ULTRA 1000. Stated dimensions on web site were listed as Height -34" / Loading Height -41.2 " / Load limit -1000lbs (454 KG) / Width 24.8".
    We received this item on Jan 10, 2024, and upon receipt we opened box and found the cot was not a loading height advertised 41.2" but 23 to 23 1/2 loading height. I called immediately and spoke to receptionist who said she would have the Owner, call me back. Within a few minutes I received a call from male who said his name was JR or JT. I told him the cot was not the advertised loading height of 41.2" but 23 to 23 1/2 inches loading height. I asked him how he defined loading height, he did not answer. HE said we got what we ordered, and I told him we did not and asked if the delivery driver could return and pick it up. He said not possible. He said he would look into this, as I suggested perhaps they had hone of the correct height, and when they delivered a correct cot, they could just take this back. HE stated he would get back to me by Friday Jan 12 by email. He did not recontact me. i sent him and email on Monday Jan 14th, and asked how they were going to resolve this situation and he replied by email Jan 14th "we will get it picked up and you will receive the appripriate refund. I mentioned this will take some time, we do not have a truck in New York all the time. We will get back to you by email this week. "
    As of this writing on Jan 27, 2024, this business has not gotten back to me. He stated they would by Friday Jan 19th, and has not. I ask your assistance as this merchandise was advertised with incorrect dimension of the Loading Height. It is not my fault or error that they did so. I have no knowledge of the character of this business, but this is false advertisement and I should get a full and complete refund of $1,952.00. I should not have to pay any costs. Thank you
