    I want to file a complaint against ***************** owner of Better world place townhomes in *******, ** *****. Because I moved out of the complex earlier this year in Jan. *** I was suppose to get my deposit back and its been well over 3 months and I havent received anything yet. One day after I moved out she did a walk through and had no complaints about anything no damages no nothing. Which the apartment looked very good and I made sure of it. The only thing she asked my to do was go to the office and give one of the other workers a forward address and did just that. So weeks pass by *** reached out to her and she has consistently ignored me. *** tried calling *** tried texting no response. I was able to reach her one time and that was because *** called from a Number she wasnt familiar with. I asked her about the deposit and she told me that she was going to get in contact with the financial company and call me back and I never heard from her again. Couple months went by *** tried contacting her again she has ignored me and she still hasnt responded to any of my texts. Ive been nice and patient all these months. *** she has done anything to give me my deposit back but ignored me. That isnt fair because I made sure the apartment looked how it looked before I moved in and I deserve my hard earned deposit money back. Can y'all please help me!!! *** tried Quite a few times *** nothing Is getting her to give me my deposit back.

    I was a former tenant of the apartment complex named Better World Town ************** (bweproperties.com), *********************************. Im writing to you all because I have tried to contact them since I moved on February 9th, 2024, about receiving my rental deposit back and no one from the main office has returned my call, text, or emails. I have sent the property manager *****************, who I gave my deposit to when I moved in, videos of the place when I left, Ill call, text, and send emails but no one has ever responded to my inquiries about my deposit. Im trying to contact anyone from their properties because I never missed a payment in the two years I was there and never was late. I live in ************** now due to my new job so its kind of hard to go back to see them face to face to speak about my deposit. The deposit I paid was $975.00 and I just want my deposit. Can you help point me to the right people to speak to about this issue? I see on the Better Business Bureau they are not accredited so leaving a complaint wont do much. Im just fed up with the lack of communication from them and just want something done to help me and any others who have also gone through this with this same company.
