            Contacted them about my metal roof that was/is leaking and they said someone (Clint) would call us. Clint called and said he would be out that Friday. Luckily my husband was able to work from home that day because he wanted to be here when they came to look at roof. The guy never showed up, never called, never texted. I was going to give another chance because I realize things can happen beyond our control. Finally, I called Clint again on Wednesday. He said he was sorry he'd gotten tied up that Friday but he would be out the next day (Thursday). My husband, again, requested to work from home so he could be here. You guessed it, Clint didn't show, didn't call, didn't text. Still to this day haven't heard from him. I'm now contacting other companies. If you don't want or need someone's business at least be decent and let them know. I'm getting more and more spots on my ceilings as the days go on. I've got even more work that needs to be done inside my house but I've got to get roof to stop leaking first! I will not be contacting them for anything else!

            It was raining on the Friday we were suppose to go and when Clint called her Friday to tell her she didn't answer

            She has told us to come when she wasnt there but we will have to get inside to see where it's leaking in order to try and track down on the roof where it's leaking

            We have tried to call her several times and haven't got back in touch with her since

            It was not raining on that Friday. When I called Clint on the following Wednesday he apologized and said he had gotten tied up is why he didn't make it Friday. He didn't come on Thursday (sunny day) and did not call. I have call logs that show the only day he attempted to call me was the day the company responded to my BBB review. I absolutely never told him to come look at my roof and ceiling when I'm not home. Ridiculous! I guess they are in the fabrication business also!
