My daughter ****************** had her braces removed early from Complete dental in September 2022 due to the condition of her teeth. On 9/15/22 she had a root canal, crown and two fillings. During the root canal procedure, the packing material was pushed into her gums by the dentist. This required us to go to Complete Dental in ******* to have oral surgery on 10/3/22. Before the surgery, I received a call from ******* stating what we would have to pay. I disagreed with paying anything since this was a mistake by the dentist in Huntingdon. The office called me back and said I would not have to pay anything and we would be reimbursed for the root canal. They were going to file and let my insurance pay what they would. We went back to Huntingdon for other dental care and they kept trying to charge me. I told them mutiple times that I should have a credit there for the root canal and shouldn't owe anything. Every time she went and thru mutiple phone calls I tried to get this resolved. In May of 2023, I was told there was a credit issued for the root canal but it was sent back to the ******* office to pay for oral surgery. I called ******* and Huntingdon several times with no response or resolution. When ******* went for fillings on 5/25/23 I was told she couldn't be seen until her balance was paid by a very rude lady named *****. I told them to send her home and not to do the dental work. I called the ******* office and they told me the office manager would be getting back to me but no one ever did. I have called the ***************** and no one will call me back. I want the refund back for the root canal. I also want some reimbursement on the braces. Cadence will need to finish her course of braces. She had been seen multiple times without me being told of the condition of her cavities. I was told different stories each time she went in. I believe they were not corrected so we would have to pay for additional procedures for them to make more money.
