              I took my semi truck for transmission problem back in February. To fix my truck it was $18,000 dollars and that included a six month warranty. One week after fixing my truck it broke down and I had to pay $900 to have it towed. I took it back to the shop and they said they fixed my truck. Now 3 months later my truck is broke down again from the same problem i paid $18,000 to fix. As of June 12th Integrity is now telling me I have to pay for labor cost and that the warranty only covers parts. Integrity even sent me a document on June 12th thats different than the original documentation from February about the warranty. The document has clearly been altered to fit the shops request. At this point I'm at a dead end and exhausted all my funds.

              My bill before repair was 7.253$ and after 8.538$ without my authorization, my truck was not released before I payee full amount with extra charges, as convenience fee 328,40$(that amount was charged for portion card payment!!!) All installed parts have markup 50% from retail dealership prices (extra charge for 1.538$ and CALCULATED TAX FOR EXTRA CHARGE). Charge me for making and sending pictures of parts. (140$)!!! How it possible to make business like this?Is it a LEGAL??
