We paid Nashville Air Duct Cleaners $415 to clean our air ducts on 2/22/23. Their website claims they will give attention to each line of ductwork, as well as the trunk vent, drop, and main line of ductwork and they did not do that. They merely connected a vacuum to one vent for the upstairs and one vent for the downstairs. They did not give attention to the main trunk in any way or any other ductwork. I have learned this is, in no way, the standard way that most companies clean duct work. I have messaged the company and they refuse to call me, stating We won't be having any conversation at this point. simply because I asked for a call to answer some of my questions. They conduct business in a very unprofessional way and I believe they are scamming costumers, including us. Additionally, the tech showed up to our home in a Storm Air vehicle, not a Nashville Air Duct Cleaners vehicle. I wish I had not paid them when the tech was at our home but I was afraid of what might happen if we didnt pay. Now, Im hoping for a refund of the entire amount of our supposed air duct cleaning. I truly hope the BBB puts an end to this companies scams.
