    7/14/2025 at 1342 **** ***** entered my property without my consent and cut two large mature trees leaving me with lopsided trees and a lot of bare spots. In June, we had discussed him trimming a Red Bud and a *****. I had asked how much. I said that I wanted the outside top of the Red Bud shaped which he said he did not do and so i said "then nevermind, I will leave it as is." He mentioned that the Redbud was low and asked if I had a problem getting my car through to which I said, "no." I pointed to some small new growth on the Birch that was touching my home and said those were the biggest issue. He said he would let me know. Today, I came home to a butchered Red Bud and a Birch with much more removed than just the small new growth. I called him and asked him if he had done this. He said "yes." I said that he did not have my permission and that it not at all what I would have wanted. I said that I had no missed calls or texts from him . He said he rang my doorbell. I reminded him that I told him I did not allow anyone to work on my property when i am not home and without confirming with me the work to be done. I believe he did did a poor job purposely and intentionally because I did not reciprocate his advances to me in previous months which I nicely explained was because He is 38 and I am 55 and he is Muslim and I am Christian. I cannot get back the storybook curb appeal that I had with these trees before he ruined them today. they are 30 year old trees. He told me "do not worry about paying me." I am asking for him to pay me $5000 which cannot even begin to cover the value of these mature trees.
