    12/29/24 College Football Jersey ordered. Total cost $74.36. Order # ******. 12/28/24 Email sent to me stating item being shipped with a tracking number of LZ144041562CN. I am unable to track anything. It looks like it left ***** and possibly entered the **? I have emailed them 3 separate times asking for assistance in tracking. No response. No phone listed on website only email address. Can you please assist me with this issue. I would prefer a refund at this point. Thank you!

    So jersey was received in the mail today in fine condition. Perhaps I was too ***** to contact you but I still feel they should have responded to my 3 emails asking for assistance. I will never order from them again and would also encourage others not to as well. Thank you for your time.

    I ordered a ***** ****** jersey on December 2nd that was guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. On December 4th ***** was taken from my bank account. I requested an update via email. On December 16 they provide me with a tracking link. Tracking number showed they may have been an issue with delivery. I sent several more emails requesting more information and an update with no answer. As of today January 5 2025 I still have not received product and no further information from this company. They do not respond to emails. I also attempted to send a message via ******** page with no response. Requested a phone number to contact, no response.

    I am rejecting this response because: If it was as simple has delay in shipping why did the business not respond to several emails I sent asking for an update. The tracking last updated on 12/20/24. That seams to me there may be an issue and I was simply asking for an update. Why did it take a complaint with the BBB to get a response .  I will except when I receive the jersey I ordered.

    I ordered a ***** ************************************************ for my dad for a late Christmas gift on December 24th. I did research and everything looked legit about the website. So I purchased the jersey and waited. Its 10 days later and says my order is completed. So I emailed the company(their email doesnt work) and asked for a tracking number. Then I find to come out that Im not the only person that has been scammed by this company. Now I have to file a dispute with my bank and frustrating that I thought I was getting a good gift for my dad for Christmas and it turns out it was a scam.

    I placed an order on 11/14/2024. I received an email confirming my order and my card was charged. However the tracking does not work and follow up emails have gone unanswered.

    I ordered a jersey from what I thought was a US based business on 11/29/24. I quickly received an email confirmation of the order and then received tracking information about a week later. As of today, 12/22/24 I have not received the item and tracking is no longer updating. I have emailed the company twice now over the last two weeks with no reply. When I checked tracking this morning it now has a red exclamation **** stating there is now an error.

    I read all these complaints about Jersey locker and they mostly all the same BS they are giving me. They refuse to give me a good number to call, and email is not helping! I ordered a ******* ******* jersey on the 7th and the claim it hasnt been shipped because they are backed up. They told me it would ship in a couple days, but hasnt. They also fail to respond when I ask at least for a tracking number. Someone needs to investigate, or shut these people down.

    I purchased a Colorado Buffaloes Jersey on 11/26/24 in the amount of $81.84 the payment was taken immediately and an order confirmation was sent that is it here we are 3 weeks later and nothing has been received I have emailed them several times and want a refund!

    I order 2 jerseys online from the Jersey locker never received a confirmation email of order. They withdrew $156.00 and I have emailed them twice no response. I want my money back. No Jerseys delivered

    On November 6 2024 I ordered a **** football jersey from this company. They never sent any confirmation email, order#, or tracking#. I did eventually receive item, no paperwork inside package included. When I received item, it is a counterfeit and my husband wore it once, and it got a hole in it. I went to website to request a refund, there is no refund option despite that it says "satisfaction guarantee". Website states for a refund you must email them. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. The only proof of this transaction/purchase is the charge to my credit card. I have attached a screenshot from credit card site.
