    Beware of this company. They do NOT keep their word. This company decided to back out of our contract just 3 weeks before closing. Just imagine spending 5 frantic weeks searching for a new home, packing, and preparing to move and they call you and cancel like it's no big deal. Just backed out because they were in over their heads. When you voice your frustration, these supposed Army Veterans will call you a terrorist. (I’m a disabled Veteran) They are really smooth talkers but didn't back up their offer. I really felt like the cancellation phone call was just another pitch, or more likely they were trying to renegotiate for a lower price, close to closing, so they assume they have you over a barrel or something. It was just too smooth and sounded like they do this all the time. Save yourself a heart attack and deal with a reputable home buying company, if there are any. If you enjoy wasting your time and money, feeling slimy, and being sick to your stomach, this is the company for you!

    We were extremely impressed with My TN Home Solutions and their dedication to their clients. We were initially drawn to them after reading reviews, and loved the fact that they shine a light on their veteran fronted staff.
    This is a company that takes extra care in making sure you feel like you’re taken care of. They go out of their way to get you across that “sold” finish line, and in general are wonderful people to work with.

    Regardless of your situation, we were treated with such respect and I would recommend them to anyone. There is to much good and nothing bad I could say about the commitment to helping others. Korbin and Amanda especially helped us directly and never left us hanging without answering a question quickly.

    My experience with My Tennessee Home Solutions was great! We talked with Brandon on a Friday & met with Korbin the next day . He answered all my questions explained their process and then we started the journey. It was a very smooth and seamless process. I have to say Amanda was simply amazing ! She went above and beyond. She was always quick to respond , keeps you informed and helps however she can. If you’re looking to sale your home and are on the fence , I recommend you call My Tennessee Home Solutions a veteran owned business that cares about the people they serve.

    I reached out to My Tennessee Home Solutions in the beginning of January. My father had passed away and I was overwhelmed with trying to get his property ready to sell. The property was an hour away, which made it even more stressful. I decided to go with them because I didn't have to worry about clearing out the house, fixing the few things that needed to be fixed or anything else.
    From start to finish, the team members were understanding, helpful and pleasant. They worked with me on the best timing for everything. They kept in touch with me every step of the way. When I moved from one phase of things to the next, the person I was dealing with introduced me to the next person that would help me on my journey. I couldn't have asked for a better team behind me as I navigated through it all.
