    February 10, 2025 hired Olshan Foundation Solutions to level floor to fix gaps between ceiling and walls. Encompass crawl space completely in plastic. Dig small trench to direct any water away from under home. Remove molded insulation from under floors. Add dehumidifier. Said would take 3 days, crew was only there a day and a half. Gaps still not fixed. Sent another person to check this out. Said he would send a different crew. Those people came and said it was a ceiling issue not a floor issue. Any ceiling issue I have ever witnessed was more sagging due to gravity not raising up from walls. So gaps still remain. They charged me $13,563.75 for work I guess that was never even need since problem still exists. I would like them to either still fix the issue or my money back. So I can hire a company that will fix this problem.

    On January 16, 2025, Mr. ******** contacted Olshan to provide him an estimate. On January 27, 2025, *** ******** went out to evaluate Mr. ********** home and provided him with three repair options. Mr. ******** chose the lesser of the three. On February 10, 2025, ***** went out and performed the agreed upon work. Mr. ******** called in to say that he was not happy with the lift that was done. A Production Manager went out on March 5 to address his concerns, and we sent a crew out the following day, March 6. When the crew arrived, they determined that the area of Mr. ********** concern was out of the area of influence where we had worked. It was also explained that it looked to be a cosmetic issue that would not be fixed by continued lifting. Mr. ******** sent a survey response of his unhappiness, and we sent a different Production Manager to take a look at the home. It was again determined that the area of concern was not within the area of where we were contracted to work. The customer is not wanting to pay any more for additional work in other areas.

    I am rejecting this response because: I got the quotes from 4 different companies to take care of gaps between my ceiling and walls. Olshan said they could beat the price of the company I was going to go with. They did not say the work they would be doing wouldnt fix the issue I was hiring them to fix. They were misleading as to what they would be doing under my home. The last gentleman they sent to inspect their work said, The crew that came put too many jacks in one area and should move some and put them in the front part of the house to take care of the gaps in that section of the house. Never heard another word from Olshan about when they would be sending a crew to do that. They just want to charge someone almost $14,000 dollars for 10 hours of work, even when it is not done properly to fix the issue they were hired to fix. And they know this was the case. Because they even took pictures of what I needed to hire a company to do to fix my homes problems. Why would I have hired them if this wasnt going to fix the issues? I need them to send a crew to do the work the last contractor that they sent to my home said need done. Or give me half my money back so I can hire a company to do that since they dont seem to want too. They just want to take advantage of the elderly.

    ***** this company to do foundation repair in may. All the dirt they dug out was moved and made the perimeter cave in . I think water is now going in to crawl space. I had also hired them to install tree root barriers. They came for 2 hours and dug a trench. Left their supplies here. Never called. Never came back. Repeatedly called emailed texted. Yes. They will be back. Keep making appointments and never showed up now my entire area where they dug and never filled in has ruined the entire front yard. My plants and grass are dying or dead. $14,000 and worse than it was before they started. Repeatedly have some lame excuse for not following through. I have stayed home multiple days waiting on the inept unprofessional liars that never show. They wait until 4 pm to say they cant make it I dont know what to do next. No where to go with liars. I cant make them come

    The young men came out yesterday.  A waste of time.   It was my understand from **** I didnt need to be home.  Good thing I came home.   2 canceled appointments from them before yesterday.   The men did not know what to do.  Im not up to being a babysitter.   It was nothing to do with them.  They had no directions no pictures showing what **** said he would explain    Pictures taken at least 3 times I know of and for what I dont know.   Didnt fill in trench no grass seed covered with straw as explained to me by ****.  A fiasco.  A waste of time.  This company has no integrity.  Just lies.   I dont know how to make someone do something they said they would do. 3 rolls of root barrier in my garage that **** said they would take.  Dont know why he didnt take it when he was here.   I didnt mess up my own yard.   They dug a trench for a root barrier and just left it.   No phone call no nothing.   Said they would be back and they took pictures.   I filled in the best I could but its not right.  Just sick of it.  Dont want them back.  A big waste of time.  I dont know how to send pictures and copies of their correspondence.   I shouldnt have to.   I paid $14,000 and was about to spend $3,700 more but they dug a trench and left it.  Who does that.  I feel like I should be compensated for this fiasco.  I dont know how to figure that. They all acted like they didnt see a problem.

    In April of 2024 Olshan was contracted out through the property management group that maintains my rental properties to do a poly lift, epoxy crack injection, and curtain waterproofing grout. I financed the repairs through Wisetack in the amount of $5996.40. ******** released the full funds in June of 2024 to them but no work had been completed during the two month span. Olshan repeatedly canceled the job on the day they were to be at the property. On August 2nd of 2024 I spoke with the office manager ***** and requested a refund since they had canceled for the fourth and final time. No work has been done to my property in the four months that they were supposed to have come out. I have called at least once a week since and have been given the run around. She states accounting had to approve the refund, then she gave the excuse multiple times that she would cut the check the next day and send it via certified mail. It has now been almost four weeks since I first talked with her about a refund and I was told today 8/21/2024 that she just now figured out how to do the refund and would send the check tomorrow 8/22. I have been making monthly payments on a loan for the work that was not ever started and am needing that refund to pay off the loan.

    I finally received my refund check after a month of calling and asking when I would receive it. The check was made out to someone else with the wrong address on it. So now I have a check in the correct amount but I cant cash it.

    This company was hired to lift the corner of our home/sunroom 0.5". Work was completed on April 22, 2024. At the time of the work we were told we would receive the "lifetime warranty" within 2 week. After a month of not receiving the warranty I contacted their office and was told that they were busy and would get to it when they could. As of today, June 4, 2024 (going on 7 weeks from the day work was completed) I have yet to receive it. I paid $3,161.60 for a job to be completed correctly and to receive a warranty. Since we don't trust this company we are hiring a structural engineer to check the work that was done. The job site was left in a mess. We are very displeased with this company!

    I had some work done in my craw space January 2023. One the things we did was to have dehumidifier place in the craw space. Based on recommendations by ****** who was over the crew doing the work, we changed filter every three months. The dehumidifier was working great until the change of filter 12/19/23. It was leaking. I called the *****************. Two guts came out on 1/11/24 and said they had fixed the problem. I took their word.. When we changed the filter on 3/24/24, it was leaking again. This time I took video. I called the office they gave me appointment for 4/2/24. ***** an engineer came out I showed him the video and wrote up a report but did no work. He told me the office would get back with me in "couple days". I had not heard anything so on 4/9/24 I called the office. The earliest appointment 5/15/24 and it would be Mat the Project Manager. When he arrived I showed him the video which showed **** was coming from the dehumidifier. He said pump was the problem. *** was a no show on appointments 5/15 and 5/28/24. Came on 5/30/24 replaced pump. On 6/2/24 leaking took another video. Called Office 6/3/24 was told General ****** would be out today between 2-4. He did not show up. Now when I call the office they do not answer and goes to vice mail.$

    We purchased a home in September 2022 that had preevious foundation work completed by Olshan. We knew from our inspection that the work needed adjusting/repair. It is lifetime warrantied and we took all the necessary steps to transfer the warranty. Since moving in Olshan has been out twice to inspect the needed repairs but absolutely will not get back to us on the diagnosis and scheduling the repairs. We have called the tech and tech and the office numberous times over the last several months with no response We would not have purchased this home without the warrantied repairs. Our warranty is intact and Olshan is not following through with their part.

    I contracted with Olshan Foundation Solutions in April ********************************* the crawl space. I am pleased with the quality and timliness of that work.However, there is a contractual issue - PVC drainage pipe was to be installed to drain the water from the dehumidifier to outside the crawlspace and also be integrated with the current drainage system for the gutter downspout. Instead, clear plastic hose was installed and drained outside the crawlspace via a newly drilled whole in the foundation. The hose was buried under the mulch. Also, there is no sealant/seal around the hole. ********************* (Certified Structural Technician) viewed the work after it was finished and indicated that this would be fixed. That was in June. I have emailed **************************************** (manager), called the office directly (and left a message with a person), and emailed and called ************** several times over the past two months. I have not received any contact back.************** has been great to work with. My ask is that the job be finished as described above and I will be a happy customer.Thank you.
