            I am filing a complaint against True Cut Tree Care . On July 3, 2023 I paid True Cut Tree Care $3,****** to cut some tree branches at my home and additional $ ****** to apply a tree brace cable to secure a large tree limb from breaking. On July 26,2023 I notified the owner that the cable had broken loose and needed to be reattached. The owner stated that he was very busy and would get the cable fixed in the next few days. It has been over sixty days and the problem has not been resolved. I have made several attempts to contact the owner , he has indicated that he is coming to fix the problem, but after 60 days has now gone by he has still not shown up. I would appreciate anything that you can do to help solve this matter.

            DO NOT HIRE! Read the reviews on **** and the Better Business Bureau BEFORE you consider True Cut Tree Care. The crew cannot be trusted. They cruise neighborhoods and cold call when they see an opportunity. They start low then “find” other “work” that significantly escalates the cost. Often work that does not need to be done. They convinced us to cut down a forty-foot heathy oak tree. Then left before finishing, leaving a half-cut stump and a pile of wood that requires a front loader to move. They pry on the old and infirm, and the gullible. They are con men with chainsaws. I wish the BBB had a NO STAR rating.

            Regarding my earlier review on ***** *, 1 star, 03/08/2024 So Jason and his merry band returned to finish the job. Should you decide to use True Care, I recommend all instructions be given in writing. The work was good but errors in communication lead to much confusion. The Oak tree they cut down was deceased at the top. Perhaps they could have trimmed it vice cut it down, but the deed is done. The crew worked hard and seemed decent, if somewhat loud with much effusive language.
