      Damaged my property and then denied it was their responsibility and refused to take care of the windows damaged during the service. Service was to wash exterior windows and "clean" gutters. Damaged two double pane windows breaking seals and forcing liquid between panes fogging previously clear insulated windows. Threw debris from the gutters onto the lawn and failed to clean it up even though their flyer stated in two places all debris would be bagged and removed and then flush downspouts. No debris was bagged until I caught the service man throwing it on the lawn. No downspouts were flushed. After numerous calls someone representing management called and denied their responsibility for the damage and refused to offer assistance and did acknowledge the downspouts were supposed to be flushed but said after my accusations they would not be sending anyone to finish the gutter service either. Total disrespect for my property and failed to perform the services I paid for. Photos of the damage given to the *** local office in **********. There is no business address available for the local office online and none provided by any contact. They have not offered any refund at this point either after over a week of contacting them.

      Only because I had to have a star to write a review did I put a one-star in. WE DO NOT recommend this company. We live in ***********, **. In order to have our windows cleaned, the company will only come out for more than one house due to travel. I totally understand that logic. However, I don't understand when they schedule you between 8am - 9am and they still have not arrived, and it is now 10:30am. When we contacted the company to ask where the crew is, we were told, "They are on their way, we can't control traffic." That is the most unprofessional reply I have ever heard. We all live in the Atlanta area, and we know how bad traffic can be. As a professional myself, if I have an appointment scheduled at 9am and it is an hour away, guess what, I leave extra early to make sure I am not only on time, I am early. If you are looking to work with a professional company, this one is not it!!!

      Do not believe the ads, they don't do what they say about bagging gutter cleanout or flushing downspouts. The flushing my downspouts received was the kid kicking on the downspout with his heel while hanging over the roof. Very dangerous. He was simply throwing the asphalt sand/mud from the gutter onto the lawn in clumps until I caught him and did not clean it up. He climbed ladder to roof and was all around the roof before I could get out to see progress. Doubt the job was actually completed but mobility issues was why I hired this group. Also had exterior of windows washed. Some good some not but biggest deal was had two window sections fogged after they left that were clear as air before the service. How do you break glass window seals washing windows? Obviously by doing it wrong. Only used a spray bottle and a squigy and I didn't find fogged windows until after he left. Only communication with serviceman was through an English to Spanish translation app on service kid's phone. Told office worker when I paid via card to have owner call me.no response at this time more than 24 hours later. I would not recommend this particular ********** office version of APS for gutter or window cleaning given my experience.

      Their pressure washing service is advertised as "chemical free" but it bleached my outdoor furniture and composite deck.
