In October I placed an online order with this company. I wanted to return it for a refund because it does not work for me. Initially when ordering it was stated there was a 30 day return policy if dissatisfied. I have repeatedly emailed customer support and been ignored. Today the owner started emailing me offering discounts on products. I replied directly to her with the issue and now she is ignoring me. I went online and found my order and to my surprise an order from 2015 that I did not place. I had never heard of them prior to October.I found their return policy and their loop hole on prior orders. I hate crooks.I will gladly return the two products if they will give me a refund and remove the fake order from 2015. The email I set the current order under was not my email in 2015. It is really coincidental that the item listed in the fake order is one that contains the product in my current order. I did not have need of anything like that in 2015 had I even knew of this company.Please stop people like this from scamming me and others.You can see below in screenshot how they added the fake order that would cause the refund to be null and void.
