So I've had this service for 9 months, I have so far had 0 downtime, my internet speed is 1 gig fiber. So 1000 Mbps download and 500 Mbps upload. This is the best internet I've ever had in my entire life. I work from home so trust me, my internet is absolutely essential. I had a tech come out just to see what their response times are and what the expected price is, tech came out within just 2 hours of me contacted CS, the response time is incredible, and trust me, I work for an ISP so I KNOW getting a response time like that is unheard of. I even told them there was no rush and they could take their time. The tech charged me 20$ for coming out since I was calling about "Slow speeds" and there were no actual slow speeds, it was just a fake tech call to test their servicing abilities. Also, at the time I was only getting 1 gig download and 250 Mbps upload, I requested they increase the upload to 1 gig as well but they said only businesses get 500 Mbps. I requested they give me the business, I didn't mind paying extra. He stated he would notate the request on the account but it's unlikely I would get an increase but since I work from home and I use my upload speeds for streaming, I had a real use for the upload. Well, a few months later out of nowhere they increased my upload to 500 Mbps free of charge without even notifying me. I cannot emphasize enough here, the internet in this area is by far the best I have ever seen or had and the server that handles my internet is just right down the street. So my ping is literally 0. If you are a huge internet nerd and you work from home, this is the best internet you can possibly get.
