      Beyond 10 stars !!! Especially My Revenue Specialist; Aimee M**** !!! When I sent her a detailed e-mail, on 12/08/2023 at 13:01, with all of my critical account information, my ********* claims adjuster information, my ********* claims number, that I had to collect on my own time, regarding my district manager's delayed and neglectful handling, of my worker's comp claim; she responded at 13:13 on 12/08/2023. Only 12 minutes; after I e-mailed her; she responded !!! That is beyond exceptional service !!! I was thinking that a response would occur within hours, the next day, within the next few days; etc. Wham !!! It was done and over with !!! She sent me a response, assuring me, that she had all of the information she needed and would submit the medical records and billing information; that day !!! If it were not for Aimee's stealth and hard work; I would have been left worrying. She lifted that burden; off of me. I owe her an eternal debt of thanks; for how she took care of my situation. In the complex world of the medical industry, billing and claims; cannot be easy. Aimee obviously excels; at what she does. I hope EnableComp appreciates her hard work and; customer satisfaction.
