      Last Saturday I went to the Carls Jr #******* at ************************************************************** with a listed phone number of ************.My order number for my visit on 3-23-24 at 9:28am is 272252.I had ordered 2 Western Combos & 1 loaded breakfast burrito.When my wife ate the burrito the next day at work she told me that there was hardly any meat at all inside,mostly onions,& cheese with no potatoes or salsa inside indicating a very dry and very small portion burrito for $5.99.I contacted the Carls Jr website & got a reponse back indicating to speak to a *************************** whether he is a manager or supervisor and was told to contact ************.I tried calling on ************************* 3-30-24 & not 1 manager or supervisor contacted me regarding this matter.I feel that the phone number provided was not a real number & only fake since no one answers when I try to call & just goes to voice mail.Even leaving voice mails no one returns my phone calls at all showing they just dont care at all for customer related problems & no attempt to reach me to resolve the matter which to me is very unprofessional,poor communication & poor training & only concerned for store profits.******* from the customer service office was attempting to get someone to reach out to me and as of this e-mail no one has.

      We ordered 2 large famous stars with cheese meals with heavy heavy pickles on March 18th 2024 around 6:59 pm. Male Employee with tattoos on his face who says his name was **** at the ************************************************************* was pacing and acting strange. Was acting like he was high on some sort of stimulant. When we got our food he didn't give us our drinks. We had to keep asking him before he finaly gave us our drink cups. He continued to pace from the front to the back constantly while he was making our food as if he was doing something wrong. He gave us our burgers and fries and we had to keep asking him for our drink cups. He finally gave them to us and we checked the burgers to see if they were made right. They weren't as they had hardly any pickles on the sandwich. We asked for him to give us a large side of pickles because the burgers were ordered with heavy heavy pickles. He refused and then started yelling at us that he isn't going to do anything for us. We kept telling him he needs to give us the food we ordered and he then told us he will only give us a couple tiny sides. He asked the other employee to make the sides and they were put on the order rack in the front out of reach to us. The employee continued to pace back and forth as we told him our pickles were "right there" and he just continued to ignore us pacing back in forth past our sides. He then started screaming at us that we weren't his boss.We respectfully told him that we were considering that we're paying customers and he was refusing to give us what we ordered. We got to the car and noticed our fries were cold and after the experience and his behavior as well as what appeared to be drugged out behavior we were afraid to eat our burgers because we thought he tampered with them so we threw it away.

      I was at the drive thru at ***************** **************, ** ***** and the young lady by the of ******* took my order. SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME!!!!! I will not be going to back to no Hardees due to her RUDENESS!!! Ive been going to this Hardees for yrs. She needs to get herself and attitude together!!!!! This is zero tolerance, if she doesnt want to work then find another job!!!!

      My wife went to Hardees to pick up some food January 12, 2024. She was asked to park in order to wait on some fresh food. She parked her car and waited for a couple of minutes and was brought out a bag with the correct food in it. She arrived home a couple of minutes later to find that the food was old and dry, nothing was fresh. There was heavy rain so she decided to just live with it. I arrived home about 5 minutes later and ate a couple of these fries, they were disgusting. This is unacceptable and I have contacted Hardees about the issue. I received an email stating that I would be contacted, yet have heard nothing since. I have attempted to reach out, only to be told that it would be resubmitted, again with no response. It's not about the $8.65, it's about the fact that no one gets to treat me or especially my wife that way. We work too hard to have our money, whether $8 or $80,000, wasted and I will not accept that Hardees gets to ignore me after telling me they would contact me. I am not asking for a refund because despite the situation, she stomached the food. I am, however, asking for Hardees to honor their agreement to contact me regarding the situation. I would like them to explain why they get to keep my money after making my wife park and wait for old food.

      I am rejecting this response because ******** response after a month was to require me to open a ******** Rewards account so they could offer me a gift card. I do not wish to open a rewards account, I'm actually blown away by that response and I declined because I shouldn't be required to open an account in order for them to makes things right. No one ever contacted me otherwise so it's clear no one cares. What a freaking joke!

      On November 24, ********* (owned by CKE) sent out an email for 50% off of a gift card up to $100. My family purchased 3 gift cards under this promotion. Confirmation of purchase emails were sent out. Credit Cards were charged. One day after my order, I told 3 friends about this promotion. They ordered gift cards and all received them quickly. None of my family received a shipping notification email. After 2 weeks, I wrote ******* support (the distributor) and received the following response:"Thank you for taking the time to contact us today! Apologies for the shipment delay! Due to the popularity of our recent promotions, we are experiencing delays in fulfilling the high volume of gift card orders we received.Our team is diligently working towards shipping all gift cards out as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped! Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. You may call our toll-free-number at ***************** for further assistance.Have a wonderful day."After 1 additional week, wrote again and received nearly the same email. One week later, I called and was told they do not have enough gift cards to ship out causing delays to orders. I emailed CKE (owners of *********) and received no response.After waiting 29 days for three gift cards to arrive, I am filing a BBB complaint for assistance. ORDER ID #******** ORDER ID #******** ORDER ID #******** I am seeking delivery of the purchased gift cards and will NOT cancel any of the orders.

      I frequently buy food from the Carl's ** located at ******************************************************. I regularly purchase the same sandwich and I work right across the street. I know the manager and staff. I have even spoken with the regional manager on a prior incident. Today, an employee by the name of **** was very rude and disrespectful to me on all fronts. I ordered my sandwich and **** argued with me and fought with me on my food order. Even one of the staff members showed and explained to him my food order but he was very rude. I never have a problem ordering my food or that specific burger. The restaurant manager and other employees place my order with no issue. ****'s attitude was very uncalled for and as a regular customer disrespectful. I enjoy the food at this location and I am enjoy the staff. I have been buying the same sandwich for the past 8 months with no problems. The way **** argued and fought with me about my order was embarrassing. When I asked for his information to file a complaint he refused to give it to me as well. My order number was ******.

      12/19/22 Paid $12.43 They were supposed to use my coupon of $3.19 off the price of the burrito dispute isbecause they blantaly lied to me and saidthe coupon was used , attached is the receipt and the tape as u can see the $3.19 was NOT taken off, they lied to me and said it was,I want what is owed me which is $2.82 plus the cost of my egg biscuit which i found had cheese on it which i could not eat as i am allergic and i told them when i ordered it NO CHEESE The Manager was rude and nasty

      To whom it may concern,I am writing in regard to a store incident located at the *********** location on ************ on Friday Dec. 2, 2022. I did NOT receive my order and I wasted my *********** and I want my money back! This location needs to be shut down expeditiously! It is NOT properly staffed and does not meet company standards. Waiting in line for 30 minutes to receive nothing is NOT acceptable!

      11/17/22 **** am. Placed order online. Went through drive through because there were no cars ahead. She opened the window with a bewildered look on her face and instructed me to use the intercom next time. I explained I would but I saw there were no cars ahead. She said I dont see how and shut the window on me as I was saying because I have eyes. Now we got a problem because that whole back and forth was not called for. She Came back and I explained I did not need her attitude when I am spending my money and hence another back and forth which escalated to an argument ensued. I told her I wanted a refund. She said I can not refund you because you placed the order online and you can call corporate if you want to. I repeated the request for refund numerous times anyway. More arguing and now Im not backing down until she gets back in her place. I took the food. Got home, burger is barely warm with wilted lettuce and no extra sauce as I requested. Called corp as she mentioned no one answers. Did an email feedback for a call back but at the end it just said we will let the restaurant know. I want my money back and I want to be assured that this woman gets a customer service training course or fired because she cant be taking money for the company while arguing with customers.

      I ate at the Hardee's on Conner St., in Noblesville, IN. My chicken sandwich was literally raw. I ate half of this before I realized what was wrong. I spent the next 4 hours with horrible stomach cramping, and vomiting. I reached out to their ******* page, ********, and also tried contacting the Conner St. Location. No response. I was not only ripped off , I was nearly food poisoned! Considering I eat at Hardee's all the time this really is upsetting.
