We have been contacting our local AmeriGas office in ******** ** and AmeriGas **************** for over a year and have had virtually no follow-up to our request to CLOSE our account and REMOVE the propane tank from our property that they leased and charged us for. We have requested that they add my wife ***** to the account ************ at least five times and to update our telephone number numerous times only to find out that it hasn't been updated leaving her unable to conduct business for this account. You have made it impossible to CANCEL OUR SERVICE and GET THE **** REMOVED from our property. Our most recent calls of July 31, 2023, September 16th, 2023, September 21, 2023 were to schedule an appointment to have the tank removed so we could settle up and close the account. No crew was dispatched, and any crew was a No-Call No-Show. After calling **************** we learned that they have still not updated the contact information in our account. As a side note, the delivery driver (who told me he would deny telling me that) claimed that he had a list of over 80 to 100 customer tanks that were requested to be removed over the last couple of years that are being ignored and left on customer's property. He also said that they would not backfill the returned gas and refund us like you claim on your website) He told me I'd probably have to get a lawyer to get the tank off my property. That is my next step. This has been the most disrespectful lack of customer service that I have ever experienced. We have been good customers for over 30 years and this is how we are treated?
