      I saw an ad for a good sleep pillow on instagram and went to the site. Kind of confusing website, but I ordered one pillow and then one case for it. With shipping it should've been about $58. I placed this order through Paypal on 4/5. My order popped up for 4 pillows and 4 cases at $151 or so. I tried calling them, it wouldn't let me leave a message or call back number. I emailed them at the support email and when got an answer back they said it had already been packed but there was a 30 day window to return items. When I sent another email, more vehement, they sent me the return info that showed I had to return to *********. On further investigation they had Paypal payment set up to automatic and charged me two times. I immediately went to Paypal and shut that down and tried to contact them about it but was told to deal with the company first. After googling more info, I found that other customers had the same problem. Being charged more for items they didn't order and giving up on returns because they needed to be sent to *********.

      I do get responses from the company about my complaint, however it's still ridiculous that I have to return the items to *********. After also filing a complaint through Paypal the company responded that their ordering process gives me time to look over the order before it is finalized. This is not true. This has also happened to other customers according to an online blog and other people writing on the Paypal blog. The company then offered to give me 15% back on my bill to make me feel better. The pillows are shipped from a warehouse in *******, the invoice has the address I sent you with this complaint, in *********, and the returns are to *********. Thank you for any help. *****************************

      So, I received a message from ****** yesterday which I believe I told you about. They offered to refund 15% of the $151.87 bill. I sent an email back saying that wasn't acceptable since 3/4 of the order shouldn't have been sent. They also still hold with their return policy of shipping to *********. I was informed that they don't have any agreement with the warehouse here to receive returns and thus customers must ship there. Today I received another message through the paypal resolution center where they offered me 30% refund on the full order and I would keep the extra items. I responded with my thoughts that I would pay what my initial order was, $58.90, but would like a refund of the balance of $92.97. I would then donate the extra, unrequested, items to a charity. I sent this at 8:00am on 4/10/24. Thanks.

      So, regarding my complaint with ****** about them charging me for too many pillows and cases. I went to the resolution center on Paypal and after 5 days of back and forth we reached an agreement. They're refunding me 1/2 of the initial payment and I don't have to return any items. It's not exactly what I asked for, but it's closer than nothing or then me having to return to *********. I still think the public should be aware that their ordering process is "hinky". This has happened to other customers too, Thanks for taking my complaints and I hope they do better as a company. I've asked them to look at the ordering process and make it correct and also to have a warehouse in the U.S. for returns, not *********. *****************************

      So, after back and forth on the Paypal claim site we agreed on them refunding me 50% of what I was charged. It was more than I would have paid for one pillow since they charged me for 4, but I don't have to return them to ********* (right) to get a refund. So, the case is closed even though I'm still exasperated that they did what they did. I requested that they change their ordering process so others aren't put in the same position and that it would be good to have a return warehouse or site in ***************** for those that order and live here. *****************************

      have requested a refund and I have not received a satisfactory resolution yet.This order was placed and charged to my paypal account before I could even finish my order. I was going to order one seat cushion for $14.95. I was still trying to process my order and I received a text saying that I paid $98 to this company. I immediately stopped processing my order and called to cancel the $98 charge because I never ordered it. The agent said my order was cancelled.Over a week later I received the package that I was not expecting.Now you want me to pay to send the product back out of the country having to deal with customs! This is not my responsibility. I didnt place this order. You processed the order without my permission. I called to cancel your agent said it was canceled but didnt cancel it.refund my money

      Date of Transaction - 3/5/24 (ordered in the evening)Amount of Money Paid - $193.16 (It was only supposed to be one scrubber, one sponge pad, and one battery - not $193.16 worth of goods.Business Name - EcomLT LLC Nature of the Dispute - I ordered three items (see above). The company sent four scrubbers, four pads, and no battery. I paid via Pay Pal; they charged me three times - totaling $193.16. I noticed the company had ordered four times the amount late that night and contacted them via telephone first thing in the morning,However, the representative told me the order had been shipped already and couldn't be changed. She asked me to just pay 50% of the total price and I could keep it all. I did NOT need four of anything and declined that offer. I told her that I would be returning the unneeded / unordered items. She stated that I would need to pay for shipping TO ********* for a total of between $70 and $90. Interestingly, the items ship from *****************.This same scenario is repeated over and over again on the internet from disgruntled customers. It seems this is a scam that this company is running.Order # - A26ZRL8 I contacted Paypal. Initially, they did not find this to be fraud. However, they then later did agree it was fraud and canceled all payments. The company has yet to send me any PAID return labels, so I have all the products. I found this product from ******************* I receive emails from them, They do not seem to vet their companies very well. I did also notify them of this issue and will not deal with this company any more either.

      Nov. 7, 2023, placed order for Synoshi Scrubbers (invoice below) Wanted 1 scrubber, plus 2 accessories. Rec'vd 4 scrubbers. Here is my last email to After 20 emails trying to return this, Here is a copy of them. There is supposed to be a 30 day Return Policy. Time is running out! Re: Cancel my order ***************************** <**********************>3:39?PM (20 minutes ago) to Synoshi This is not acceptable! I wanted only 1 scrubber @ $21.49, and you sent me 4 totaling $85.97. I won't accept a return to ********* when I purchased the product in ***. I will not pay $200 to ship it to *********, because of your **************** rep, that I spoke to directly, via telephone, after my order was entered on my PC, refusing to adjust the order that couldn't be changed online! Therefore, I am demanding a refund for the 3 extra items you sent at $21.49 each, which equals $64.47 for 3, plus whatever the *********** Sales Tax is for the 3 items that you charged me for.Better yet, I am so angry with your business, that I want a total refund of $135.90 for the whole order!       I also put a claim with the ** ************************ right after I put the claim in with you.  The *** suggested that I call the bank the order was put through with, which was Chase bank.  I called them directly and they were very helpful with my issue.  While I was still on the phone, and on Hold, she called Synoshi and they aggreed to refund me for the items I wanted a refund for.  This morning I received an email from ******* saying that that they are giving me a refund of $101.19.  That is the amount they charged me for all 4 scrubbers.  I only wanted to return 3 of them.  Nothing in their email does it say that they want me to return the items (which would have to be shipped to *********).  The refund hasn't gotten into my checking account yet, but I will wait to see if they are wanting me to return the items.   Thank you so much for your assistance in this matter!!  Going back to Synoshi, I checked out the Comments, which I should have done before putting the order in, and found a lot of bad reviews with the same exact issue I was having with them.  Maybe with the BBB involved AND the ************************, Synoshi will straighten out.  The good news is that in my 29 emails with them, I did get them to change the appearance of their ordering so no more problems can reoccur!  That's a PLUS!

      ******* has issued a full payment of $101 the 4 scrubbers to my Chase credit card account.  I had ordered 1 scrubber and they sent me four.  I only expected to receive a refund for the 3 extra ones they sent me, but they refunded me for all 4 instead.  I had contacted ***** and filed a claim with them and they asked me many questions, then, while I was still on the phone with them, they called Synoshi directly for about 5 minutes while I was on hold.  When the person spoke to me afterwards, she said the issue has been resolved and I would be receiving my refund. She didn't tell me how much it would be, so I was totally surprised the next day when I checked my CC account to see amount I received.  I never received any mail from Synoshi to tell me about it.  Guess I have 3 scrubbers to give as Christmas presents!  

      Thank you for being there to help.  After reading some of the Comments on their website, I was shocked to see so many complaints with the exact same issue I had.  ****** learned, never buy from an unknown source without reading Comments before ordering anything!
