"Last year i had a recall on my truck, i took it in and they said they could fix the first issue per Ford and then if the issue came back that the recall would let them fix it right then, Well the issue came back and i called them and scheduled an appointment to fix the recall, the next day they called me and wanted over $4000 to fix what was supposed to be on the recall, The lady on the phone was very rude and didnt not want to hear the whole story even after i told her i had the truck there last year, She said did you have your truck here before, So i know she was not listening to me, She then went and looked it up and said there are no recalls on your truck, i said there were, to which she replied well its out of date. I said do not do anything to the truck im coming to get it, to which she snapped back you owe us $150 plus tax for diagnostics." ... Read full review
