    Horrible to deal with. Once they get your money after the initial installation, expect to be nickel and dimed for everything else. We are being charged for "travel time" to repair a faulty spark plug wire on an 8 month old generator. The generator failed while we were on an extended vacation and power to our refrigerator and alarm service failed to return. Not only did we have to replace everything in the refrigerator and freezer, we are now having to pay to get the generator to work correctly.

    I honestly never write complaints like this…ever. My experience with this company so far has been absolutely abysmal. When I was sold on my unit, I was informed of a max turnaround time of 2 weeks. It has now been 1 1/2 months since my unit was installed, and I cannot get anyone out here to fill in the trench that they dig for the gas line, and also walk me through the unit and make it operational. Trying to speak with anyone from this company is impossible. Every time you call you reach a 3rd party answering service where you then have to provide them with all of your info, each and every time, only to rarely hear back from anyone, if ever. When you do hear back, it’s always a Friday, right before they close for the weekend. Since this trench has been dug over a month ago, it has rained so much that there isn’t even dirt to fill back in. Just a bunch of mud. I’ve had an appointment scheduled for them to come and finish the job on 2 separate occasions now, both times, no one showed up. That 2nd appointment was today. No call from anyone, no one came. It was the same instance for the first appointment. As for the inspections from the outside companies, whether it is the county inspector or local gas inspection, when they were actually scheduled, both arrived within 24-48 hours. The problem is they weren’t contacted until 2 weeks after I was told they would be for next steps. Again, just misleading from the start. I received a call from a manager, who gave me her ext. and I have left numerous VM’s only to never hear back. I’ve never heard from Taylor again. I don’t know what the hell is going on inside the corporate office but I guarantee you if the owner Mr. ****s knew that this was going on, he wouldn’t stand for it. No one would. It’s not the way to do business. You have all of my money for this job and still I have an unusable unit and no clue what to do with it in addition to a mud pit in my backyard. This is not the way to treat customers.

    I had my annual maintenance DONE. The price is always $240.00.This time they had to replace a battery.AT the end of the service i tryed to pay the tech who did the inspection.He would not take my check he said he was going to save me money.A WEEK later i get a surprise bill for $499.00 DOLLARS.I called to question this talked with Chris Griffin.He told me it would be $240.00.I SAID O.K. He then calls back later and says the price went up to $385.00.HE WAS SORRY I DID NOT KNOW THIS.This is not how you do business make up prices as you go. THE REPORT SENT ME SAID 16.7 RUN HOURS.He was there maybe 45 minutes.These people are very dishonest i dont know how they stay in business.They had to change there name to premier.They added a worthless Maintenance plan i did not sign for are approve.The public needs to watch these d******** people. Watch out!

    We agree that price increases are never easy and are certainly not something we take lightly. Due to increased costs for materials and parts, higher labor expenses, rising fuel and transportation costs, and the need for enhanced service and compliance, occasional price adjustments are necessary for our business to continue providing the high level of service that our customers expect and deserve.

    To ensure we honor the best possible price, we reviewed the original plan you were under and how it compares to the new pricing structure. The original plan would have started at a lower cost of $240.00 if you had chosen to prepay. However, during this visit, you required a battery replacement; under that original plan, battery replacements were not included. This would have required an additional charge for the replacement, the parts, materials, and a dispatch fee. While our new maintenance plan is at a higher price point, it now includes values like battery replacements, parts, and materials and eliminates the dispatch fee. Plus, it comes with added perks such as monitoring and phone support. So, even with this increased cost, you are paying less than what we would have charged you under the original plan, considering the extra costs for the battery replacement and dispatch.

    Nonetheless, we never want our customers to feel caught off guard, and we did our best to communicate the upcoming changes. In fact, we sent out multiple emails on April 10th and April 15th of this year, notifying customers of the price increase and giving everyone the chance to renew at the current rates before the deadline. Our records show that these emails were successfully delivered to you, but we deeply regret if they were missed or overlooked.

    We strive for transparency and clear communication, and we apologize if we did not respond to your concerns regarding the price of your maintenance at the level of service we strive to provide. We will review this situation with our customer support team and our technicians to make improvements. We truly value your business and appreciate the opportunity to resolve any misunderstanding. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any further concerns or want to discuss this in more detail.

    I WILL PAY THE 240.00 I OWE.ALSO WILL PAY FOR THE BATTERY. YOU CANNOT DO WORK AND THEN SET THE PRICE.I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS.YOU CANNOT COME TO MY HOUSE AND TELL ME AFTER WHAT THE PRICE IS.THEY ARE LIARS THEY SENT ME NOTHING ABOUT THIS.OTHERWISE WHY WOULD THIS HAPPEN?YOU CANNOT SELL ME A MAINTENANCE PLAN WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.IF I GET ANYMORE TROUBLE WITH THIS I WILL SUE FOR FRAUD.I HAVE ALREADY SPOKE WITH A LAWYER .THIS WILL HELP ALOT OF PEOPLE.

    Premier Generator serviced my unit for ***** **** ******* **** *** * **** voltage regulator part and *** *** * *** *** ******* ** **** ** ****. This company advertised to be senior friendly. They gouge their customers. Called repeatedly to speak to the owner. Never talked to him or received any return call. Would not recommend this company.
