Called last week to bring my dog in to have fixed. Spoke to the receptionist and she told me that the vet could do the procedure next week on Tuesday or Thursday because thats when they do them she explained. I told her that i needed it done quickly and she assured me it was no problem but the dog needed to come in for a first time consult. I explained i didnt want a check up for the dog and didnt want any other services. She told me it was the rules before she could make my surgery appointment so i had to pay the consult fee which consisted of a lady who spent a total of 5 mins petting my dog before she had already wrote out a list of meds the dog would need and charged me a price so high i couldnt pay it. They then all sat around judging me and could hear the unprofessional whispers of how im an "asshole" and " dont care about my animal". Then after all this was over i was told it would cost double what i was originally quoted with absolutely no explanation other than i was given a wrong price when i called, and the earliest appointment i was told was feb 27th. After i was told next week would be no problem. I had a previous appointment made with another provider for march 1st for 80 dollars. I had no problem paying the high end prices if it was done quickly but however they lied to me, hid all the information they could to string me along for milk me for every dollar they could, made fun of me and still did absolutely 100% nothing for me but take my money and send me away. Im so disgusted with this place i will never recommend. Nothing but a waste of time. They ewill take your money and run and act like your the problem.
