I contacted Crossville Heating and Cooling to come look at my Generac generator as they are a certified vendor. The generator was brand new with 0 run hours but would not run. The technician came out and told me I had the fuel choice setting wrong LP/NG and changed it over to NG when I was running LP. He then said he needed to replace a part and it was going to cost $429.00 which should have all been covered under warranty. After telling me he replaced the part he told me that the generator is still not running correctly and still charged me service fee which would be covered under warranty from Generac.

I then contacted Generac and had a technician of their choice come out and replace the fuel plunger and verified the generator was running correctly with no charge.

I contacted Crossville heating and Cooling to get an itemized invoice and was told I would get it in my email and someone would contact me in regards to the situation. Its been 2 weeks and I have not got the itemized invoice or a call from the business.

Had a furnace installed in December 21. A door was missing and they came out 4 times. Kept saying supplier issue. Carbon monoxide detector kept going off. Last repair guy made a temporary door and taped all around it. They don't return phone calls. Very unsatisfied with them. I need this door installed on this furnace. Over 9000 dollars should be the whole furnace I bought. Will not recommend them again.

We are so very sorry to hear this, but are also very glad you brought it to our attention. Our Service Manager and Director of Operations are looking into this matter for you to find out what the delay on the door is. We will also be doing an investigation into our process for improvement. You should hear from someone soon.

    Sincerely,

    Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/12/06) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I was told I'd be called a few times before and never was. It should not take a year to get a door that I'm sure was included with furnace upon delivery. Even if they took it by mistake how do you not realize it's not there when hooking it up. It's in the attic and when carbon monoxide detector went off from first use and someone came out is when we learned of missing door..

    Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2022/12/09) */
They came out today with door needed. Thank you for resolving this issue
