    September 4, 2025 Mr. ********** quoted me a price of $6,600 to remove a large Oak tree from my back yard. The price included all associated charges (hauling everything away, fence damage, etc). I accepted his proposal and work began that afternoon. At the conclusion of day I paid him $3,300 by check which he immediately cashed. He told me he would return the next day to hopefully finished the job.September 5, 2025 Mr. ********** and his work crew arrived early morning and proceeded to work through the day but did not finish the job. Around 4:00 pm Mr. ********** asked me if they could come back on Sunday, September 7, **************************************************************** he would come back on Sunday. I told him Sunday would be fine and wrote him a check of $3,300 paying off the balance. I told him I needed a signed receipt which he gave me which me stated Paid in full. On Sunday, September 7th at 1: 00pm I called him to let him know none of work crew had shown up. He told me they were coming but running late and he was bringing extra people to finished the job. At 4:00pm I texted him to let him know he and none of work crew had shown up. Later Sunday night I texted him and he responded on Monday, September 8, 2025 we will be there. I notified him numerous times by telephone when his voice mail wasnt full and text on Monday that no on has come. I pleaded with him to finished my job several times with no response from him. I call him on Monday, September 15th and left him a message to please call me back so we discuss and complete my project. As of now 10:20 AM, September 17, ************************************** **** ********** left me with a lot of undone work, fence damage, etc. He has not given me any indication of him finishing his work and he honoring his commitment.
