      I ordered items on 11/26/2022.I havent heard a word form this company. No emails, nothing. I guess they are scammers. I spent $131 dollars here. Not sure how these people have a business with these practices. If they cannot fill orders they need to be shut down. I demand my order be shipped or my money back at least before the new year.

      Our system previously emailed you a status update on your order on 11-28-22 describing both items on the order as being back ordered from our suppliers for an estimated **** weeks. This email asked you to reply and let us know if you want to place the order on back order or cancel the order due to the back order. You can reply to this complaint with your response.  Also, we have not captured the payment authorization so you have not yet been charged for this order.  However, your card issuer or bank likely would have placed a pending charge on your account.

      i placed an order for two fishing reels on November 16th 2022 and received an purchase order and order number B108994. As of today December 8th...I still have not received my order. When I attempt to call them, I keep getting a recording that they no longer handle customer service over the phone and requested I email them. I have emailed them twice and still get no response.

      This store has not been active online since 2016, per their own website blog, and are always backordered. There is no way to talk to a human and everything online is backordered. If this site doesn't actually sell anything or is out of business, then this website should be shut down. Get your life together, seriously. You're an embarrassment.

      We found investing time in a blog was not the best use of our time and resources.  Also, with labor and inventory shortages, we reworked our business model to handle all customer service via email as we were unable to answer phone calls and process the enormous and sustained volume of orders efficiently.  We did respond to your email directly, but that *** have been sorted to your junk mail if you did not add us as a safe sender.  Based on your complaint, we have removed all of your information from our order management system and will not contact you, nor would we have any reason to contact you.
