      i have noticed that august 4th i received mail that the envelope was not seal. you could tell that it was never wet not tape closed. i called and was transferred around a couple of times. and just told they dont know what happened. Then I noticed around august 20th i have not received my door monitoring logs since i last called so i called and voiced that. they stated they were mailing them out. so i still havent received the logs so i called again but asked for the manager, i was placed on hold and the receptionist asked why i was calling which it had no concern for her. the receptionist came back and stated she was gone for the day. so i ask who is the owner of this company and she put me on hold and never came back. i changed my address and my account number because anybody could have my information. i dont know what is going on but something has definitely changed and i am thinking about leaving because my information is not confident now. i would like to speak to the owner of this company about these situations...

      I appreciate the contact from the BBB regarding a complaint filed by our client, ****** *******. I am aware of the mail issueams she experienced. When some of her mail was returned to us, our office worker called Ms. ******** and she came and picked the returned pieces up from our office. She said she needed the returned mail for the Post Master. Regardless, we cannot control the problems everyone is having with ****. We sometimes get mail that is months old or not at all. Receiving damaged or opened mail is common for us these days. I looked and verified that Ms. ******* did change her billing address to a new address. If she still does not receive her mail, she should call and let us know. She has also established a password on her account, which is a good security precaution and one that we would have suggested to her. I regret that this situation happened and we will do whatever is necessary to fix any problems we identify on our end. Ms. ******* stated that she wanted to speak to the owner of our company. There are several owners, however, two are retired, two are deceased and one lives out of town and does not work here. I am available to speak with Ms. ******* anytime during business hours. I am the acting Chief Executive Officer and that is as high up the chain as it gets here. Our office number is ************. I am usually here from 9a-4p. Mon-Fri. Please let me know if I can provide you with additional information and I will be happy to assist you in resolving this matter.

      I am rejecting this response because: I called to see why I wasnt receiving my mail from your company and no one stated that it was returned from the post office. I was told they were mailing the letters and didnt know why I havent received any. I called back a month later and got the same answer so I asked for the office manager and was told she was busy. They next day I was called and told the mail was routed back from the post office and I changed my address and picked up the returned mail. I only was given 2 return mail from the post office from your company not 2 months worth. Sorry I dont believe your company did the right thing from the start.
