I had services from this company while living at ********************************************* sold this home on May 10, 2023, but am still being charged over $59 a month, saying I am under a 3 year contract. No one told me I was locked into 3 years when I took over this service from the previous owner. I dont think I should have to pay for another year of services that Im not receiving.Business response

Hello! **************** signed a 3 year agreement (attached) with our company to begin services in April 2021 at a home she purchased. **************** was advised of her buyout of the rest of her agreement or we could have the new home owner take over services. The new homeowner has not agreed to take over the services, therefore leaving **************** responsible for the remainder of her agreement. **************** also had our company run service calls in April and May of this year.Initial Complaint

We have had 3 break ins in the past 7 days and nothing is being done about. Frase keeps reporting it as a false alarm. The break in this morning resulted in the alarm system being damaged. After much calling, we finally got frase to come out and repair the system. After the fact we were charged and told that the payment had to be paid today. We had a difficult time getting updates, rude customer service.Business response
