    I have been making a complaint about my leaks in my kitchen ceiling for 3 months. I filed a maintenance report in October. They came in November. The plumber cut 2 big holes in my kitchen and then came told me theres nothing he can do because hes a plumber and that was HVAC work. Yet instead, Foundation Property still took me to court for unpaid fees and now asking for an eviction. They gave me 2 space heaters thats still not enough to keep my downstairs area warm. I have to continually buy wood and run my stove on broil all day and night to keep my family warm. The communication is at an all time low unless its about rent payments.

    Took 2500 in fees I had to fight to get back when I wouldn't sign a lease on what turned out to be a heavily damaged, leaky, cockroach infested dump. Terrible service. Should be avoided at all costs. Reported to BBB and deserves 1 star reviews everywhere.

    On last week September the 2nd at apply for a ******************************* I paid my $75 application fee and was told to be expecting between 3 to 4 business days for approval or denial and look in my email or if they need any more information *****, ************************** would contact me with my approval or denial I haven't heard anything from this company at all every time I call they give me the runaround it's either they'll call me back some was on the phone or contact me through email or live chat I went out to the business today and it seems like they were having a scam business being ran I want my $75 back because it was a no application fee for section 8 recipients it wasn't a security deposit as well for section 8 recipients so why am I being charged a security deposit they will get the real me because they are really playing with the wrong African American I work hard for my money and I do not want nobody my kids are ready don't have a place to call home and for y'all to be playing with me and my kids was that don't have nowhere to go y'all full of c*** and I don't like it one bit and I'm going to report you out if you're going to be in a scam I'm tired of it you're playing with the wrong individual in ***** is going to take care of you all that's taken advantage of people of their information ***** is going to slap you with his sandal in the back of your neck all of you!!! I am homeless because of foundation p.m. and they're running around and they're bulshit
