    I have used this company before and had no problem with their service; however my most recent experience with them was less than satisfactory.I had 2 techs work on the problem (a clogged drain) and the first tech wasn't able to resolve the problem and actually created another problem. The 2nd tech resolved the problem and in so many words admitted the 1st tech created the second problem.I went from having a clogged drain in the bath tub to a busted *** pipe behind the washing machine. A picture of the break in the pipe reveals what appears to be a broken piece of metal in the area where the pipe is broken.The manager states that the *** pipe was apparently defective which I disagree with when the pipe was purchased from the same place he gets his parts.A $400 job ends up costing me $1000 plus dollars as they refuse to admit the secondary problem was caused by negligence of the part of their tech.

    Do Not Use this company...They use technicians instead of licensed plumbers. Sept 25th and 26th sent me technicians that had no experience, knowledge, and broke a cable in a toilet...and they demand payment every time .. In total paid them 1620. for absolutely nothing and problem wasn't fixed.. I hired a licensed plumbing company on the 26th and they resolved in 2 hours and charged ****** not use this Company...
