            My vehicle has an issue with consuming large quantities of oil. A class action lawsuit was filed against Volvo, and it appears that this class action suit was settled with Volvo. An action taken by Volvo was to extend warranties to 8 years ******* miles for vehicles that had this oil consumption issue. This extended warranty applied to my vehicle; however, I received no notice.I have been using a Volvo certified mechanic for years, and noted this issue beginnig around 70 - ****** miles. The mechanic indicated this was common and a big problem with my model vehicle. Sine I was already outside warranty - my assumption was there was nothing I could do at this point.Now I have discovered this extension of warranty through my own research, yet I am at ******* miles. I took my vehicle to Volvo and they have said there is nothing they can do. They sent me to consumer affairs who indicated they could do nothing if I have no documented proof that I have taken the vehicle to Volvo prior to ******* miles with this issue.

            I purchased a used 2020 Dodge Ram with ****** miles from this dealership. I noticed a wobble in the front end. After having the front tires balanced, twice, I was told the right front rim was bent. I know I haven't hit anything in the truck since I purchased it ( 2 weeks ). I contacted ************************ ( Sales Mgr. ) about this. He said he had a guy that could straighten the rim. Not crazy about this, I agreed. I never heard anything ( 2 WEEKS ). I then sent an email to ************************ and ******************** ( owner ), Asking to have the rim replaced. That was two (2) weeks ago. Still nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AFTER THE ***** THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN GETTING YOUR MONEY!!!!

            We have been in contact with ********************** in an attempt to resolve this incident to his satisfaction. After speaking with **********************, we have purchased a replacement rim for his vehicle. We felt it was not the best option to repair the rim in question and have decided to replace the rim entirely. We are currently waiting for the customer to let us know what is most convenient with his schedule to complete the replacement at no cost to him.
