    I am a current member of this credit union and has been for 20+ years and over the years the service had really plummeted. You can almost never, never get anyone to answer the phone and when they do they can't help you, they have an attitude or they tell you what they are or are not going to do as if they are not there to service me (the member). Allegedly their systems are always down but if you go on their website there is not notification of systems outage as they normally do when there is a true system outage. They are slow to respond to message request done through your account. I have been trying to get a service done since 8:30 this morning and as of 1:40 it still has not been completed. I finally got ****** to answer the phone at 11:22 but she said she does not have a form to complete the wire transaction I am needing done and no way to get in tough with her manager, I'm like what? She said she would give me a call back and as of 1:22 it has been 2 hours and still have not received a call back. I have called over 20 time between 1:00 and 1:22 and still have not gotten anyone to answer. Wire transfers according to them has to be done before a certain time and they are not opened on the weekend so what happens when that deadline comes and goes? I am just out of luck? I thought it was because I am no longer residing in ******* that I am receiving the horrible service but reading reviews on FB current residents are having the same issues. This is sad this is the service you receive from a institute you have your money at. That is going to end today and every current member needs to withdraw their money and put it somewhere else and shut them down, since they don't want to work anyway, they can go home and sit on the couch and do what they want to be doing which apparently is nothing.
