This company has a pattern of complaint alleging delivery issues. Consumers allege that the company does not fulfill the conditions of the contract regarding style and color of the shingles along with the length of warranty. One consumer stated, "We chose the color of shingles prior to the job but when the work started, they put on a shingle the color of their choice." Another consumer advised they received a letter from the business saying the job had been completed, however the job had not been started. They further stated, "Now, ten months after signing the contract, we have neither a roof replacement nor an agreement by Neighbor's Roofer to honor the terms of the contract."
On July 11, 2019 BBB sent certified correspondence to the company to request their voluntary cooperation in responding to the unanswered complaints as well as eliminating the pattern of complaint; however, the company failed to respond.
